It has successfully accomplished many outsourcing projects such as Car Alarm System, Driving Safety System, and Adaptive Cruise Control System from Bosch, Siemens VDO and other European famous automotive electronic manufacturers.To guarantee one hundred percent satisfaction of any customer, Alfamax implements the quality assurance system strictly following the ISO TS16949 international standards. The business structure and business flows is developed according to the most effective and efficient ERP philosophy.
Each customer may have varying degrees of complexity and requirements. We set up individual Customer Focus Team leading by a program leader to manage each specific OEM or ODM account. A customer focus team is deployed to be utilized by the program leader to accomplish the agreed upon goals of the program. There is no fixed ¡°recipe¡± for configuring such teams. Members are from different functional departments. We apply such a matrix organization to ensure the corporate resources to be shared by every program, not just for the major account. No matter whether it is big or not, we care for the concerns of each customer, zero defect, on-time delivery, cost effective, etc.
